Participants willingly assume full responsibility for any and all risks thatchy expose themselves to as a result of my participation in SCHOOL OF MAN LLC. programs/classes and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in any activity, class or physical fitness program. All participants herby certify that they know of no medical problems that would increase their risk of illness and injury as a result of participation in a fitness program designed by School of Man, LLC. They also willingly assume full responsibility for any vaccine injuries, prescription drug side effects, and/or any illness/injury resulting from a pre-existing condition that they might or might not be aware of. With that understanding, they agree to assume any and all risk associated with my participation in the School of Man LLC.
